Amzing value for money at this place, if you don't mind taking a shuttle bus to/from haram. Supermarket and mosque were nearby although no ATM is in the vicinity. There is a free shuttle bus to Haram that takes about 17 min to arrive at Kudai station below Clock Tower.

The check in was very fast and the staff was very nice. The house keeping was very good. All facilities could be found in the hotel. They also allowed me to check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00, which I also appreciate.

There is everything you need such as supermarket, souvenir shops etc. Just beneath the hotel. The hotel is quite fancy and the staff are helpful.
